setting realistic project schedules
creating project plans with attainable milestones
identifying problems early in the process
transforming ambiguous projects into focused efforts with tangible results

You will leave with not only better methods to organizing a project and your time, but also clearer communications skills to help your fellow employees, volunteers and board.
