Capital Projects: Bricks, Mortar, and Beyond
Moderator: Garry Schalliol; Director of Outreach Services, Washington State Heritage Resource Center
This half-day workshop will cover all aspects of a successful capital project, including organizational strength and readiness, community and institutional needs, visioning and planning, fund raising, construction, and operation. The session will provide resources and cover the high points (and pitfalls) of aspiring to build facilities that will be a legacy and resource for a community. |
